Shipping policy

If you choose to have your item shipped, we recommend adding the options for signature on delivery and insurance. We do our utmost to secure and package each order to prevent any damages, but we cannot guarantee the condition of your order once it has left our studio. Please note that once your order has been dispatched within the specified time frames and is with Sendle, it is no longer in our hands. A tracking number will be included with your order details. Unfortunately, we cannot control shipping schedules or potential delays.
