Returns & Refunds Policy

At Flower Preservation Brisbane, every piece is individually handmade using your own flowers. Because each order is custom-made, our returns and refunds policy is a little different from standard retail products.

Change of Mind

We offer a voluntary 10 business day cooling-off period from the date you place your booking.

This cooling-off period only applies if your flowers have not yet been delivered to us.

Once your flowers have been received, we begin the drying and preservation process as soon as possible. Because this part of the service has commenced, the voluntary cooling-off period ends.

After this time, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Booking Deposit

Your 35% Booking & Initial Preservation Deposit secures your booking and covers the administration of your order and the commencement of the preservation process.

If you cancel after the cooling-off period, your deposit is generally non-refundable unless required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Custom-Made Artwork

Every preservation piece is made specifically for you using your own flowers.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or provide refunds simply because you change your mind once production has commenced.

If There Is a Problem

If your artwork arrives damaged, or you believe it does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll work with you to assess the issue and, where required by law, provide an appropriate remedy.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
